Intercession

"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in all the earth." Isaiah 62:6-7

“And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night?” Luke 18:7

In intercessory prayer times we partner with the Lord to establish His will on the earth by declaring His Word back to Him. Prayers from the New Testament are used as we focus on calling forth specific promises from the Scriptures which the Holy Spirit emphasizes. As we proclaim these promises we come into agreement with God’s heart and are empowered to speak forth His will. His longings become our longings, our hearts are moved with His compassion and we cry out for His heart’s desires to be accomplished on the earth. In response, the spiritual atmosphere is changed and the angels are released to execute the will of God on the earth according to His Word and purpose.
