The Chicago House of Prayer is a citywide, inter-denominational ministry serving the metro-Chicago area. Our teachings center on the Bridal Paradigm and the Forerunner Lifestyle, through which we seek to equip the bride to live out the first and second commandments in light of the end of the age. It is our desire that our prayers and worship create a place of habitation for the Lord, and we welcome any person or group desiring to come worship and pray, individually or corporately.

The Prayer Room is the heartbeat of all that goes on at ChiHOP and is modeled after the Tabernacle of David, where singers and musicians led corporate worship and intercession 24-hours a day. The Prayer Room is structured into two hour sessions of musicians, singers and intercessors lifting their voices in praise and supplication, asking God to fulfill His promises and to give the nations of the earth to Jesus as His inheritance. Utilizing the Harp and Bowl model and antiphonal singing, each session functions with live worship teams or live video streaming in one of the following formats: Devotional Worship, Prophetic Worship, Intercessory Worship, or Worship with the Word. In worship we stand, serve, minister and burn before the Lord as we seek to know his heart and be transformed into his image. In intercession we cry out for his will to be done and his promises to come to pass. We invite you to join with us as we pursue the Lord and the release of His will on the earth.
